1 Definitions and Introduction

In this terms and conditions document, "bdbagg", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the bdbagg.cam website and all services associated with it. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered person who uses this platform.

bdbagg is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. It offers casino games, sports betting, live dealer games and various entertainment gaming services.

2 Account Registration and Verification

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep the name, address, phone number and other details provided at registration accurate and up to date.
• A verification code will be sent to the registered mobile number or email, which must be used to activate the account.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bdbagg reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Particularly at the time of withdrawal or for large transactions, you may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (national identity card or passport).

In the event of failure to verify identity, bdbagg has the right to suspend withdrawals and, if necessary, temporarily close the account.

2.3 Password and Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password secure. You should not share your password with anyone. If any unauthorised access to your account occurs, you must immediately notify our support team.

3 Eligibility and Age Limit

The minimum age to use the bdbagg platform is 21 years. Only persons aged 21 or above may register and play games on this platform.

• Use of this platform by minors (under 21 years of age) is strictly prohibited.
• If bdbagg confirms that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• You must be a legal resident of a country or region where online gaming is legally permitted.

4 Terms for Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the bdbagg platform is ৳500. The following payment methods can be used to make a deposit:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the payment method originally used for the deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 5 for details).

4.3 Transaction Liability

bdbagg will not be directly liable for delays caused by technical errors from a third party (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a bank) during payment processing. However, our support team will always assist you with any such issues.

5 Terms for Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds and any associated winnings, a 15x (15 times) wagering requirement must be met. This means you can withdraw after wagering 15 times the bonus amount.

• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• Some games may not contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement — details will be provided where applicable.
• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which must be read carefully before accepting the offer.
• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time bdbagg offers various promotional offers such as cashback, reload bonuses and VIP rewards. Each offer's own terms will apply and will be stated on the relevant offer page.

bdbagg reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion. If bonus funds are suspected to be used for fraudulent purposes, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to playing all games available on the bdbagg platform — slots, live casino, sports betting and instant games:

• Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail within the game interface.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, bdbagg reserves the right to void the relevant round.
• The game provider's server logs will be considered final proof in verifying game results.
• If a game stops mid-way due to an internet disconnection, you can reconnect and continue playing.
• Maximum bet limits may be set for certain games or markets.

6.1 Sports Betting

Odds may change for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports events. Once a bet is confirmed, a change in odds will not affect that bet. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbagg platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using fraudulent methods to obtain bonuses.
• Playing games using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive behaviour or harassment toward other members.
• Using a third party's credit card or payment method.
• Selling, transferring or renting an account to another person.

bdbagg monitors suspicious activity and reserves the right to report it to the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Termination

8.1 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time. Notify the support team to request account closure. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing; bonus balance will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by bdbagg

bdbagg may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• In the event of failure to verify the user's age or identity.
• When required to comply with legal or regulatory directives.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).

An attempt will be made to notify the user before closing the account, however in the case of serious violations the account may be closed without prior notice.

9 Limitation of Liability

bdbagg always strives to maintain the quality of its services. However, bdbagg will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game stops mid-way due to an internet disconnection or a technical problem with the device.
• If the service of a third-party payment provider is disrupted.
• If service is interrupted due to a natural disaster, government order or any other uncontrollable reason.
• For any loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• For any error in third-party game software — however, the game provider will be contacted in such cases.

In any circumstance, bdbagg's total liability will not exceed the actual funds deposited in the relevant account.

10 Privacy and Data Protection
